To ensure every client receives our complete care and focus, we strictly limit our schedule to two event bookings per day. Because availability is extremely limited, most wedding and corporate clients reserve their dates 6 to 12 months in advance. We encourage holding your date as soon as your venue is confirmed.

• Open-Air  Photo Booths: Ideally requires an 8×8 ft space for optimal studio lighting and group shots.

• Enclosed Photo Booths: This booth sets up in a compact enclosure requiring only 6ft x 3ft. Ramp for access is required.
  
• Pop-Up Studio & Portrait Lounge: Space requirements depend on your setup. If we’re providing a backdrop & full studio lights, we ask for a minimum of a 10×10 ft clear surface. If you have a dedicated photo area in the venue, simply let us know the space available and we’ll make the proper accommodations. 

• 360 Video Booth: Requires a minimum of a 10×10 ft clear surface.

• Digital Selfie Stations: Less than 2 feet wide, perfect for tighter venue footprints.

• Interactive Event Photography & Mobile Selfie Booth: Zero footprint required! These options are the most mobile and versatile services ideal for events with limited space. 

If you’re not sure which option best fits within your venue’s space, please contact us to discuss and we’ll be happy to coordinate accordingly.

• Electricity: Standard electrical outlet (3 prong) within 10-15ft from booth
• Outdoor Events: If outdoors during the day, covered area is required. If at night, cover is highly recommended. If cover is not available, we ask that you let us know beforehand.
• Backdrop: If your rental includes a backdrop, for safety precautions the backdrop must be placed against a wall or vertical surface.
• Accessibility: Ramp/ Elevator for accessibility & transport of booth is required.
• Certificate of Insurance: We’re insured! Therefore can provide you with our General Insurance certificate or if your venue requires it, we can add them additionally insured as well. After we put in the request to our provider, turnaround may be up to 2 weeks.
• Venue Restrictions: If your venue has any restrictions, such as no tape on the floor or special load in instructions, we’re happy to accommodate them. Just let us know prior to your event.

Setup time depends on the specific activation you choose, and all standard setup time is fully included in your package:

• Standard & Open-Air Booths: We arrive 1 hour prior to your contracted start time.

• Pop-Up Studio, Portrait Lounge & certain Custom Activations: Because of the specialized studio lighting and custom backdrops, setup may take up to 2 hours.

• Mobile Selfie Booth or Interactive Photography: We arrive 30 minutes prior to your contracted start time.

Need an earlier setup? If your venue requires equipment to be fully set up hours before your event begins (for instance, before guest arrival or room flips), we offer flexible early setup options for a small fee to keep your timeline seamless.

Unlimited sessions allow your guests to visit the booth as many times as they’d like throughout your rental. Unlimited prints mean every single guest in a group session receives their own high-quality physical print to take home.

With over 12 years of experience and thousands of successful events, we’ve developed proactive protocols to handle unexpected hiccups smoothly. Because every activation is unique, our troubleshooting approach depends on the service:

• Printer Issues: Photo capturing never stops. If a printer experiences a glitch, your guests can continue taking photos seamlessly. All images are instantly saved to your digital gallery, and we will mail you physical reprints or a custom photo book after the event.

• Hardware or System Interruptions: On the rare occasion a core technical issue prevents us from serving your guests, you will be refunded for any unused event time as outlined in our contract.

Our priority is always to keep the experience seamless so you and your guests can enjoy the event uninterrupted.

Glam Photo Booth: This booth was inspired by our Retro Booth but differentiates in it’s exterior. This booth features white wood grain & natural wood grain details. All of our activations include an online client gallery with complimentary downloads for you and all your guests available within 24-48 hrs! In addition, we offer instant sharing via QR code galleries, personal galleries, Airdrop, text or email included or as an add-on depending on your activation.

Yes, Photo Booth rentals are available on Holidays depending on schedule availability. Additional fees do apply for certain dates such as NYE.

Yes, we travel! We provide complimentary setup and delivery for events within 10 miles of Coral Gables/Miami. Travel beyond 10 miles is available at $5 per mile (with a minimum 3-hour rental package) across South Florida. Distance limitations may apply.
