The first is the traditional roaming Event Photography service that captures all the details of your events, as well as the group shots of your guests. With this option, your photos are available within 72hrs via your Client Online Gallery.
The second option is the future of event photography, it’s Interactive Event Photography! This service is people centered, meaning the priority is to capture your guests, whether casually or posed. Best of all, this experience offers your guests instant gratification! After your guests are photographed, we will magically connect them to their own personal galleries, which will contain all the photos taken of them throughout the event.

What is the main difference between the roaming Event Photography & Interactive Event Photography experiences?
The roaming Event Photography service is the traditional option where your photographer is tasked with capturing your event’s details, decor/atmosphere, as well as candid shots and group photos. These photos are received within 72hrs of the event via an online client gallery. The photos from this service are private and for client use only, not accessible to guests.
Versus the Interactive Event Photography option which is focused mainly on providing an experience for your guests. With this option, both, guests and the client will have access to the photographs. Think of it as a combination of photography & a photo booth, whereas your guests will receive their photos instantly like at a photo booth but the photos are captured by a professional photographer instead. This service is focused strictly on capturing your guests & attendees.
A bonus with our Interactive Event Photography service is the custom branded galleries your guests will receive. This is a great opportunity for branding as it allows for custom headers, footers & links to showcase your brand and keep your guests connected!
Do I need to get a backdrop?
Not at all! Both of these options include a photographer who roams your event. However, if you have a step and repeat banner and want photographs of your guests, we can most certainly do so. Keep in mind, both event photography services include a photographer with a camera and on-camera flash only. If you prefer a full studio set up, we recommend our Pop Up Studio service.
What sharing options are included?
Interactive Event Photography provides instant sharing via branded personal galleries. After the initial photo is taken, guests will be connected to their photos via text or email. Then, throughout the event any other photos taken of them will automatically appear in their galleries.
Can I add my name/logo/brand on the photos?
Yes, this option is available for Interactive Event Photography services only.
