How does the Portrait Lounge experience work?

Step 1
Photographer will pose and guide guests. A variety of 3-6 photos will be taken.

Step 2
Guests will be “spotted”. Photographer will connect each guest to their perspective photo via text or email.

Step 3
Guest will receive a link to their own personal gallery with all the photos taken.

Looking for something more casual?

No problem! If you don’t need the full studio experience, opt for our Interactive Portrait Photography or Red Carpet service. This service includes a professional photographer with on-camera flash. No full portrait setup, just everything you need to capture entertaining candid or posed shots of you and your guests!

Just like our Portrait Lounge service, your guests will receive their own branded galleries with access to view and download all their photos. The perfect option for Red Carpet photo-ops or if you want the flexibility of multiple location shots!

What is the main differences between a photo booth and all the photography experiences?

A photo booth provides a fun & casual experience where guests can view themselves in real time and can pose themselves as they please. Since it’s a stationary booth, which photos will have a consistent crop/angle.

Interactive Portrait Photography refers to a roaming photographer who takes photos of guests throughout the event. This can include candid shots or posed photos anywhere in the event space.

A Portrait Lounge is a designated area created or designed for the purpose of providing a luxurious photo-op for your guests. It includes a full studio set-up and guided posing.

Similarly, our Pop-up Studio also provides a full setup and guided posing. Additionally, it also includes your choice of our backdrops or a custom backdrop for a more studio-style setup.

Do I need to get a backdrop?

Not at all! We can create a pop-up studio anywhere in your venue that you feel would be picture perfect. Or we can utilize a decorated area that’s already part of your event decor. Ultimately it all depends on the look you’re going for. For example, a popular option right now is having a White Backdrop for classic black & white photos. This option will give photos a more studio-like quality.
